To the many volunteers and all community members who made contributions and helped make our Easter dinner a great success!
Because of the hard work and dedication of so many great people, we were able to provide an Easter meal for nearly 400 community members. In addition, we had fun activities for families: including a bounce house, Easter bunny photos, and face painting. Everybody had a great time, and we cannot thank everyone enough for their contributions.

Through vital community partnerships, we work toward creating a more equitable future by emphasizing service and self-empowerment. We provide immediate support to the people we serve, while nurturing essential skills and confidence to help them build stronger, community-centered futures.
Cleveland HeartReach is Growing!
Sometimes growth starts with one person saying, “I believe in what you’re doing.” Through a generous donation by Rock Green of Brick and Equity, HeartReach now has room to grow! We can now welcome even more neighbors in need! With more room, we can strengthen what we already do and create new ways to support people with food resources, clothing, and helpful connections as our outreach grows.
We are working hard to get our new location ready to serve our community in a big way. We have a lot of work to do, but we will be open to the community by June 2026. And we will steadily become fully operational as resources permit.
